1. Resident preauthorizes visitor to enter building using either a buzzyouin mobile app or web interface.
2. Your visitor receives an SMS text message on his mobile phone.
3. When the visitor gets to the complex's callbox he replies to the text message indicated he is outside.
4. The visitor will receive a confirmation text to use the callbox within the next 2 minutes to be "buzzed" in
5. Once the visitor calls the resident via the call box, the call is immediately forwarded to our server and "buzzes" the visitor in.

Each visitor pass can only be used once and is good for only three hours.
